Superpositions is excited to announce the opening of our new gallery space in the heart of Letná, which will feature a new series of paintings from artist David Krňanský.

Cell presents an idiosyncratic vision of failure, where the lived experience of discontinuity and collapse is abstracted into a rudimentary geometry. Incompleteness, bifurcation, and catastrophe are approached at the level of the “cell” – both as a form of enclosure that iterates across scales, shaping the structure of social, economic, and urban life, and as a constituent of organic life. Here, the geometry of failure entails more than an abrupt ending, but initiates a new pattern of motion, recombination, break-out…
